The restore process will be reverse process. Copy your back up file and paste it in the same path. You can reach the same path by any of the two methods written above.

Now take this file and copy to your back up folder.
There is one more method to navigate to this folder. Directly from run prompt.
Click Windows key + R and type %AppData%MicrosoftSticky Notes. It opens the same location.
